A few times at Katy Chalmers house she has had these pita chips on hand. I think every time I’ve been surprised to learn that they are home baked. So I tried some myself (starting with store bought pita breads).
- Take a store bought large Pita bread and cut as shown in the photos into triangles
- Toss in Olive Oil
- Bake slowly in a 100degC oven til crispy/golden
- Serve with hummus and dips
- Lasts for weeks in an airtight container.
