Turning Kakahitian

We have been working a lot in the central North Island lately, so have set up a rural base in Kakahi from which to work and live while we are up this way and while we prepare our home in Wellington for sale (by the MIL).  The kids are loving the open spaces, the grass, the river, birds and flowers and the various sounds of the countryside.  I’m loving the sunrises, sunsets, and am learning about septic tanks.  I’ve been posting on Instagram/Twitter/FB for a while but sadly neglected this blog, oops.  I imagine our family will be rather nomadic this year as we balance our city office, city and country projects, and finding another house to call home.
